It all begins with you at the heart of our creative process. Successful architecture begins with listening to our clients so that we can interpret their vision, values, needs, and aspirations into beautiful, functional, and inspiring spaces for people to live and thrive.

The first step is a conversation or site visit where Patrick listens to your objectives for this new home, renovation, or investment property. This initial consultation lays the foundation for our personalized design process. Our team analyzes your property, considers zoning and requirements, and begins imagining all the possibilities. We will take your preliminary concept or create one for you and turn it into tangible sketches, site plans, and thoughtful floor plans for your input and feedback.

We work to harmonize functionality and style as we move through design iterations. We have a team of problem solvers who enjoy a challenge. Our goal is to optimize every square foot to reach its fullest potential.

Once the design is finalized, our team prepares the project's construction documents and technical aspects. Collaboration is key as we work with builders, engineers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure this project is in good hands. Our team remains available and committed to you throughout the construction process.
